FORMULA

Each mL contains: Enrofloxacin 100 mg, CBP Vehicle: 1 mL

INDICATIONS

Enroxil® is indicated for the treatment of infectious diseases of bacterial origin of the respiratory, digestive, genitourinary and integumentary systems of cattle, pigs, goats and sheep.

DOSE

Meat-producing cattle, pigs, sheep and goats: 2.5 mg/kg body weight equivalent to 1 mL/40 kg body weight.

Treatment: Every 24 hours for 3 to 5 days at the discretion of the Veterinarian.

Route of administration: Deep intramuscular (IM), subcutaneous (SC) and slow intravenous (IV).

Presentation: 250 ml

Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics

It is a fluorinated quinolone that acts on unit A and unit B of topoisomerase II (DNA-Gyrase), it has great activity against Gram (+), Gram (-) bacteria and mycoplasmas. Its absorption is excellent, reaching high concentrations in tissues. It has a high bioavailability, is partially metabolized in the liver to ciprofloxacin and is eliminated through the kidneys by glomerular filtration and tubular excretion.

Warnings

Do not use the product 28 days before slaughtering the animals. Do not administer this product to Equines intended for human consumption, do not administer the product after the expiration date, keep it at room temperature no more than 30°C in a dry and cool place, protected from light. Product for exclusive use in veterinary medicine.
